The complainant may submit a sexual harassment complaint within three months of the last alleged incident to the ICC Lakshmibai College. Alternatively it may be mailed to icc@lb.du.ac.in.
Dear Students,
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is available to support students and address concerns related to sexual harassment and gender-based misconduct within the institution.
Students may approach the ICC if they experience or witness situations such as:
• Unwanted physical contact, advances, or gestures.
• Inappropriate, sexual, or offensive comments, messages, jokes, or conversations.
• Unwelcome sharing or display of sexual content, images, videos, or messages.
• Repeated unwanted requests for dates, meetings, or personal/sexual interaction.
• Any form of sexual harassment, whether in person or through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, email, social media, or other online spaces.
• Any behaviour that creates a hostile, intimidating, humiliating, or uncomfortable environment related to sexual or gender-based conduct.
You can approach the ICC if the incident happens within the campus or in connection with college-related activities, including academic events, field visits, internships, trips, or online interactions related to the institution.
If you ever feel unsafe in the area around the college or while travelling to or from the college, and you are uncomfortable or unable to share the details with someone else, you are also welcome to approach the ICC or a designated college authority for guidance and support.

Students can report cybercrime online, including crimes involving social media and online harassment, with special provisions relating to women and children.

For children and young people requiring protection or assistance.
If you are unsure whether your concern falls under the ICC, you can still reach out for guidance. You do not have to deal with a difficult or uncomfortable situation alone.
Your concerns will be handled with sensitivity, dignity and confidentiality, in accordance with applicable institutional policies and regulations.
