  • Convenor of ICSSR sponsored National Seminar "Celebrating Women in Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" held in Lakshmibai College on 2nd & 3rd March 2023.
  • As Co Project Director completed ICSSR funded Research Program on Special Areas entitled “Evolution and Implication of Article 370”.
  • As Co Project Director completed ICSSR funded Research study entitled “Social-Psychology of Marginalization and Exclusion: A Study of ‘Dom’ and ‘Musahar’ Communities in Bihar” (2016-18).
  • As Principal Investigator of the Delhi University funded Innovation Project 2015-16, "Women Empowerment through Low Cost Technology", completed project on menstrual health and hygiene among school girls.
  • As Project Director of Research study entitled “Performance of Panchayats: Challenges and Issues” completed in Gram Panchayat Chopaiyal Gaon, Block Chamba, District Tihri Garhwal, Uttrakhand by Centre for Advanced Research on Development and Change (CARDC), New Delhi in the year 2014-15. 
  • As Research Fellow in Indian Institute of Dalit Studies, New Delhi (2006-09), worked on  IFPRI’s project ‘The Role of Local Public Administration in Implementing Rural Development Programs: A Comparison of Three Indian States ’;  Impact Assessment of Scheduled Caste Welfare Programmes (related to Manual Scavengers), for the Ministry of Social Justice IFPRI ’s project on ‘Gender and Governance’ in two districts of Bihar (Nalanda and Madhubani).

  • Panelist on the topic ‘Investigating Realities in Social Sciences: Methodologies and Concerns’ at “Exordium: A Political Discourse” a national level; inter collegiate academic and multi-disciplinary fest organized by the Department of Political Science, St Xavier’s College, Jaipur on 3rd February 2021
  • Delivered a talk “Kasturba: A Woman of Substance” and chaired a technical session in two days National seminar on “Role and Contribution of Kasturba in Gandhi’s life and philosophy” (22nd- 23rd February 2019) at Centre for Gandhian Studies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
