| I have been involved in teaching and research for the last twenty year. My career gives me ample scope for self learning and improvement. My six years of teaching as an adhoc faculty has added new insights to my life and the last 16 years of working as a permanent faculty has given me more confidence and determination to do more research and publications and thereby contribute to the society so that I can make my teaching job more substantial and meaningful..
