Research Guidance:

1. Between 2010-2012 supervised M.Phil. work in the department of Political science, Delhi University on the topic "Bharatiye Samaj Mein Nagrikta Ka Mahatav". Result declared in 2013.

2. Invited as External Expert by V-C NUEPA on 23rd August 2016 for pre-submission Ph.D. Seminar. The title of research Study of Privatisation in Teacher Education with special reference to quality of self-finance courses

3. Mentored an undergraduate research project for the very first time in college on "Studying Labour Laws in India in the Unorganised Sector" with six students from the "Women and Legal Literacy course.

3.   15 Oct 2014, convened a symopisium on "  A Career in Media: Different Dimensions And Prespectives" in Lakshmibai College.

4.  As convenor AEPIC Committee, organised a Lecturer on 3rd may 2016 on Skill Development initatives Under the ageis of NSDC.

5. 12 January 2017, organised a Symposium on Peace Education and Youth on National Youth Day. Prof Riyaz Punjabi, a Padma Shree Awardee and President of the International Centre for Peace Studies was the distinguished speaker. Principal Rima Dey of Savitri Bai Phule Balika Intercollege and Ms Anshu Vaid, Teacher-in-Charge of Peace Education, Ramagya School also addressed the audience.

6. Convened an ICSSR sponsored National Seminar on Women and Development: Issues and Challenges on March 3-4, 2017 in Lakshmibai College which also saw international participation of speakers from Yale and Wesleyen Universities.

9. Organised another lecture on Skill Development Initative by the NSDC ON 3 May 2016 for faculty members as convenor, AEPIC

10. Chaired a Session of the UGC sponsored National Seminar by the Hindi Department in college on 15 December 2017     

               11.   Organised a half day lecture event for students on Add on /Certificate courses with DSLSA, NSDC, NIIT and Department of East Asian Studies, University of Delhi

  • 2010 initiated a discussion session on syallbi change in Political Theory with Dr. Ashok Achraya.
  • March 2011 chaired two session of a national seminar " Revisiting Women 's movement in Lakshmibai college.
  • Chaired two session on adolescent health care and role of health care in health awareness camp orgainzed in college in collabration with social action foundation and medanta.
  • In sept 2011 Co-convenor on Revision of courses for the semester mode with Dr. Asohk Achraya on paper of Western Political thought.
  • Paricipated in national level and state level seminar.
  •  2010-2011 as Advisor to the student's union , Co-ordinated with the Sangeet Natak Academy to promote cultural  and folk performances to enhance cultural awareness among the student community.
  • Dec 2014 , was the Resource person leading a team from delhi university for the multimedia exhibition on Atul Bhiari Vajipaiee Ji, organized by Ministry of I&B , Govt of India,  dec 20-25. 
  • Scripted the documentary "50 years of Lakshmibai college" on the golden jubliee finale of LBC  in oct 2015. Also the narrator of the same documentary.
  • June-July, conceptualized, formulated and finalized the curriculum for an Add on course on Women and Legal Literacy for students to be run in college in collaboration with Delhi State Legal Services Authority from 12 August 2016. The curriculum was endorsed and approved for teaching in Lakshmibai College by DSLSA. Took students on educational visit to Tishazari Courts, Rohini Courts, Delhi High Court, Tihar Jail, Mandoli Jail and Juvenile Justice Board (2017-18)
  • As Convenor AEPIC, wrote out the proposal for starting the Chinese and Japanese languages Courses both certificate and diploma from the Department of East Asian Studies, University of Delhi. The proposal was accepted and the courses got started in college from August 2016.
  • As Convenor of the CSR Initiative in college organised a mega health camp in Lakshmibai College premises on November 8-9. 2016 in collaboration with Medanta Mediciti and Help3. A free health check up was provided for students, faculty, employee of the college as well as as the neighbourhood community.
  • Also organised two more health camps in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Artemis hospitals,Help3, Vijnana Bharti and Max Super Speciality hospital in November 2017 and March 2018. Organised a lecture on Women Hygiene and Health by Padmshri S. Yadav on 7th April, 2017
  • Participated with 100 students in the International Youth and Women's Conference co-hostedby IPWG, Lakshmibai College and Jamia Milia Islamiya at JMI on 10 December 2016.
  • Organised a Peace Seminar in college in collaboration with HWPL, South Korea on 26 April, 2017 with a lecture by Mr Julien on The Implementation of International Law and Cessation of War
