Career Profile

My interest in human behavior, since the beginning, has drove me from medicine to psychology and, as and now, I wish to pursue a career in the educational, research and applied provinces through hard work, dedication and excellence. I am a psychology lecturer with more than ten years of University teaching experience. I have taught wide range of psychology subjects to undergraduate, post-graduate and doctorate students. My subject specialization includes Psychometry, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Practices, Social Psychology, Statistics and Quantitative Research Methodology. My work expertise areas are Academics, Training & Development, Industry-based psychometric assessments and Research Analyst. I am an author of several research papers, book chapters, newsletter articles and popular articles. I am also a recipient of national and international prizes, awards and honors.
