Career Profile

Dr. Sucheta Gauba is presently Associate Professor at Lakshmibai College with nearly 18 years of teaching experience.  She was awarded the Meritorious College Teacher Award by Directorate of Education, GNCTD, 2017-18. She has been a proud recipient of prestigious Mamta Gupta Memorial Award Gold Medal for being the best women candidate in M.Com (2002),  Jai Narain Vaish Prize for being the best candidate in M.Com and  Professor A.B. Ghosh Prize for highest percentage of marks in aggregate papers on “Economics” in 2002. Her current research interests include corporate investment and financing decisions and U-shaped investment curve. She has presented papers in various national seminars/ conferences and published article in academic journal. She is a life member of Indian Accounting Association. She has been actively involved in various committees of the college. She was actively contributed towards development of dynamic website of the college including features like online internal assessment and attendance and college app.
