Career Profile

 Has been teaching for the last 10 years. Had been an active participant in all  activities pertaining to college and department. Has five  publications to her credit. Also, has been attending academic seminars, conferences and FDPs to keep herself updated.

Administrative Assignments

1. I have been member of and organized screenings with the English Department Film Club, "Cinaesthesia" , 2016-2021 in Lakshmibai College. In the year 2020-2021 have organized two virtual  Movie Screenings and coordinated one.  
2. I have worked in the admission committees for the last 6 years in Lakshmibai College and helped in creating sections after admission. 
3. I contributed in preparing Admission Brochure in 2014-15. 
4. I Collected and compiled data for Alumni information /NAAC for the last 3 years. 
5. Worked on departmental Reports, Prize Committee, College website , NAAC and Digitization Committee, in Lakshmibai College. 
6. Actively organized [ creating content, schedule, CFP, Posters] in all department and college seminars, student conference, English Department annual Fest, Book Fair organized by the College and more. 
7. Worked with the College Placement Cell, "Wings", from its inception, creation of its official LOGO, updating the Placement Brochure and working with the social network page for the same and interacting with students in this regard. [ In Lakshmibai College] 
8. Exclusively prepared and presented a PPT for the Student Induction Program, 26th of July, 2019. 
9. I was one of the organizers for the Students' Conference , " Speaking of Silence: Speaking from the Silence" , organized by the Department of English  held on March 8th, 2019 and compeered and co-ordinated one technical session. 
10. I edited abstracts and co-ordinated in one technical session for the National Seminar" Speaking Silence"  organized by the Department of English ,held on 23rd-24th of October, 2019. 
11. I prepared report for the two day ICSSR Sponsored National Seminar on " Women and Development: Issues and Challenges " , held on 3rd - 4th March, 2017. 
12. Created Google form, organized as well as taught in Pre-Entrance Classes for M.A in the year 2017. 
13.  Since 2015 to 2021 have been preparing Departmental Annual Report of activities.
14. Coordinated in the Departmental Orientation Lecture series in 2018-19 and 2019-20.
15. A member of AEPIC and Young Researchers' Forum and have organized/co-ordinated webinars as well as kept minutes, preserved recordings amongst other responsibilities. 
16. Co ordinated and participated in  one technical session in the two day UGC Sponsored National seminar " Speaking Silence: History. Politics and Psychology." ( 23-24 October, 2019)
17. Have been working for various requirements of NAAC Committee, such as Alumni Contact Information(2016 onwards) and organizing the first virtual Alumni Meet of English Department, the SSR, the Self Evaluative Report for the Department, Creation of PPT for upcoming NAAC visitation, PO/PSO/CLO/CO/BRT mapping. (2019-2021)
18. Have worked in writing the script for the Annual Day Celebrations in 2019-20 and 2020-2021, also the script for the first virtual tour of the college.

Other Activities

Contributed actively  as  a member of the Placement  Cell and Prize Committee of  Lakshmibai College, have been working  for the NAAC and  AEPIC committee of Lakshmibai College and have been working actively as coordinator of Young Researchers' Forum.

Has participated in a  FDP on the GE paper " Women and Empowerment" held at PGDAV college, DU. ( April, 2017)

Has delivered a lecture as an invited speaker on the topic " A Feminist Appraisal of the play 'Silence! The Court is in Session' " at B. R . Ambedkar College , DU. (April. 2017)

Have been an active member of Placement Cell " Wings" from the year 2016-2019, helped in creating the official Logo, edited Brochure, Connected online and offline with students helped organizing ,the Job Fair in September 2017, amongst various other duties.
