| Career Profile |
| Has been teaching for more than a decade. she has contributed to the academic and cultural life of the college and the Department, in particular. Committed towards exploring newer and innovative pedagogical tools to make classroom teaching- learning process dialogic and interesting. Actively worked towards forging a vibrant learning space for students, not just within the classroom but outside if it, as well. Served on the organising committee of various seminars, fests and other activities organised by the department. She constantly strives to establish a dialogue between her own research and classroom teaching.

Received grants from the American Folklore Society to present my research at the conference. • Presented a paper titled “Hear Them Sing”: Unearthing Women’s Voices in the Folk Singing Tradition of Haryana at the National Conference on Culture and Aesthetics in Indian Folklore organised by the Department of English, University of Delhi in February 2020.
